Dr Stephen Chan graduated from the University of Melbourne in 1999 and completed his internship and surgical residency at the Royal Melbourne and Western General Hospitals. He began his Histopathology training at Gippsland Pathology Service, the Royal Women’s Hospital and the Royal Children’s Hospital. Dr Chan joined Dorevitch Pathology in 2007 as a Histopathology registrar and gained his fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in 2009. Dr Chan returned to Western Health in 2011 and is heavily involved in the multidiscipline clinical meetings in the hospital.
