It is best that you attend a consultation with your doctor to discuss your test results as even “normal” test results may require further medical investigation. If required or you are unable to receive results via the My Health Record system, you can request a copy of your pathology results by attending any one of our collection centres and completing a Request for Medical Records form.
You’ll need to provide two (2) forms of identification, one of which needs to have a photo of you (e.g. driver’s licence or passport). Your request will be actioned in the laboratory and your results will be posted to you.
