Dr Siamak Sakhaie

Dr Sia Sakhaie graduated with an MD from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences in 2003. He worked briefly as a general practitioner, before moving to Victoria and gaining experience as a Hospital Medical Officer in Box Hill Hospital and Latrobe Regional Hospital. Sia started his Anatomical Pathology training with Dorevitch Pathology in Gippsland Pathology Service. Following further training at Monash Health and Healthscope Pathology, he was awarded fellowship of the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia in 2014 and continued working as a consultant pathologist in the latter. Sia returned to Dorevitch Pathology as the Anatomical Pathologist in charge of Frankston Laboratory in 2021.
