About Dr Steuart Rorke
Dr Rorke studied for his undergraduate medical degree at Stellenbosch University, Cape Town, South Africa. After moving to the United Kingdom, Dr Rorke completed a research fellowship at Southampton University in asthma genetics. In 2002 he migrated to Australia where he worked as a medical, oncology and haematology registrar for three years. In 2005 Dr Rorke started training in anatomical pathology before joining Dorevitch Pathology at the Frankston and Gippsland laboratories as well as at the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. Dr Rorke attained fellowship of The Royal College of Pathologists Australasia in 2010. He is currently director of pathology at the Frankston laboratory.
