Quality Assurance
Dorevitch Pathology maintains a comprehensive Quality Management System complemented by an extensive internal audit program ensuring ongoing compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and all other requirements for accreditation. This includes an awareness and understanding of regulatory requirements, in particular 21 CFR Part 11. Participation in External Quality Assurance Programs is a key component.
Dorevitch Pathology has achieved:
• National Association of Testing Authorities (NATA) accreditation to ISO 17025 and AS4633 (ISO 15189), incorporating Australian Standard AS/NZS 4308:2001 for urine drugs of abuse
• Level 1 certification to National Glycohemoglobin Standardization Program (NGSP)
