Dr. Siew-Khin Tang, known to her friends and colleagues as “Happy”, joined Dorevitch Pathology in July 2006.
After 17 years at the Alfred Hospital as a Consultant Anatomical Pathologist and Cytopathologist, with a brief stint in private pathology, she returned in 2004 to the Victorian Cytology Service where she had worked closely with Dr. Michael Drake, the doyen for Cervical Cytology Screening in the 1960s.
Her return to histopathology at Dorevtich Pathology has been prompted by her strong interest in Breast pathology and the wide field of Cytopathology, including Fine Needle Aspiration.
