Dr. Jill Magee did her undergraduate arts degree in the USA at Vassar College, followed by a Master's degree in Medieval Studies at Yale University Graduate School, where she specialised in the history of science and medicine. She then studied medicine at Cornell University Medical School. Jill then completed her Residencies in Medicine and Pathology at the University of California, San Francisco, followed by her Dermatopathology Fellowship at the University of Colorado, Denver.

Jill joined Dorevitch Pathology in 1995 and has special interest in skin pathology including alopecia and scalp problems, melanocytic lesions and soft tissue tumours.
