Dr. Ignatius Kung graduated from the University of Hong Kong in 1975, he worked in the Public Hospital system in Hong Kong for 13 years and in this time became a Member of the Royal College of Pathologists in the UK in 1981. Ignatius migrated to Australia in 1989 where he worked in the Royal Melbourne Hospital, Repatriation Hospital and Cytopath.

Ignatius joined Dorevitch Pathology in 1997 and has special interests in non-gynaecological cytology, pulmonary pathology and lymphoid tissue pathology.
