Dr. Mark Levin is the Head of Haematology for Dorevitch Pathology, his role encompasses responsibility for routine haematology and bone marrow reporting, coagulation plus the Warfarin dosing program, transfusion medicine and the autologous blood collection program and flow cytometry.

Mark graduated from the University of Western Australia in 1973, and trained as a physician at Royal Perth Hospital. He then trained in haematology at St.Vincents in Melbourne before spending time overseas studying leukemia cytogenetics. Mark returned to Melbourne in 1997 as Head of Haematology at Dorevitch Pathology.

Mark's clinical expertise assists in diagnosis, interpretation and the advice offered to clinicians. In addition Mark has special interests in the management of anticoagulation and cytogenetics both malignant and prenatal diagnosis.
